Here are some common questions about selling on Openkart
How do fees work on Openkart?
Joining and starting a shop on Openkart is free. Listing products on Openkart is totally free as well. You only pay when your product actually sells on Openkart. There are three basic selling fees: Payment Gateway Fees, Shipping-CoD Fees (on applicable orders) and Openkart fees.
The Payment Gateway Fees is charged on actuals (plus GST). The shipping charges are actuals + Rs. 10 (handling and service charges). Openkart fees starts from 7% (on final sales amount) onward. For full schedule of Openkart fees, click here.

What do I need to do to create a shop?
It’s easy to set up a shop on Openkart. Create an Openkart account (if you don’t already have one), complete the basic paperless verification process, choose a shop name, create a listing and voila! you’re ready to sell on Openkart.
How do I get paid?
You will be required to provide the details of a valid Bank Account in the name of the company/firm/individual. The sales proceeds will be directly transferred to the mentioned Bank Account. Please note that Openkart will not be liable for any loss due to a discrepancy or failing on the part of the Vendor in providing the details of a active and valid bank account. In case you wish to change your bank details at any point after registration, please get in touch with us at sellers@open-kart.com
