How do you ship your products?
We ship through our logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, XpressBees and Ekart, both internationally and locally to make sure that you receive your order, secure and safe. We require all our sellers to ship through Openkart logistics partners, thereby ensuring the quality of delivery throughout the website.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we do. We ship internationally through FedEx and DHL. Please do note that some payment options such as Cash on Delivery (CoD) may not be available for international orders due to logistical reasons.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
All our local orders from India get shipped within 2-3 business days of order receipt and have a delivery time-frame between 5-10 days depending upon the seller location and the delivery address. All our international orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order receipt and have a delivery time-frame of 10-24 days depending upon the seller location and delivery address. What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
Locally (In India), we accept all forms of payment methods such as Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets (PayTM, Freecharge etc.) and Cash-on-Delivery. Internationally, we process order through Credit Cards and Debit Cards.
Is Buying from Open-kart.com Safe?
The short answer-Yes. The longer version- yes-it's extremely safe. We process all our orders through world-class secure payment gateways to make sure that all your data stays safe. We also work with sellers to ensure that you receive the products within a reasonable time-frame and as intended. In case you have any apprehensions, you can always choose Cash on Delivery, which gives you the option of paying for the order when you receive your order. We also guarantee that the products that you purchase will be as listed online. In case you receive a product that doesn't match the description or work as intended, you can always opt for a replacement. All purchases (for qualifying products) are covered by 10-days replacement policy, giving you ultimate peace of mind while buying online.

How do I place an Order?
Placing an order on Open-kart.com is quite easy. Just browse the catalog and when you see a product you like, you can add it to the cart and either continue with your shopping to add more products or do a simple checkout process, where you can create an account (easy for you to track orders) or log in, if you already have an account, fill in the necessary details and choose a payment option. After the payment is confirmed from our partner website (CCAvenue, RazorPay, PayPal), you will receive an order confirmation on-screen, as well as on your registered email ID.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
If you feel that you’ve ordered the wrong product, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +91 294 2432904 within 24 hours of the placement of an order and we will cancel/correct the order details for you. You will have the option to pay the difference (or be eligible for a refund of difference) if it is a prepaid order. After 24 hours of the placement of an order, only cancellations are possible.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Yes. You do need an account with Open-kart.com to place an order. To create an account, all you need is a valid email ID for confirmation. Creating an account helps us to provide you better support while also allowing you to track your orders and access better support from us. For first time users, we give an option to create an account at checkout to make the process seamless.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track all your orders from the "My Account" option after you log in to your account.
How Can I Return a Product?
If your product qualifies for our return policy, you can return the order if the product was not delivered to you in a good condition or as listed. We will arrange for the pickup and deliver the replacement product once it reaches us. Please note that no refunds will be provided in case of returns. Only replacements will be provided.
