Please note that shipping times vary according to your location. Local holidays and other events may also affect the delivery time frames. We strive to ship all orders within 3-5 days (except CoD orders, which may require additional 2-3 days). You will also receive a tracking link once you order is shipped, which can be used to track the order. In case the order is not delivered past the delivery time frame, please get in touch with us.

No. We do not ship of public holidays and weekends. Your order, however, will be shipped in 3-5 days, or 5-7 days, if it is a Cash on Delivery (CoD) order.

We generally deliver pan-India without exception. In case we are not able to find a shipper to deliver to your pin code, we use India Post, which covers almost the whole of India. If you have any questions about this, or if you would like to confirm beforehand, please give us a call at the support number.

We do not offer next-day delivery on any order, unless you live in Udaipur, Rajasthan. All our orders are shipped through third-party shippers, and delivery time frames are managed by them once the package is handed to them.

Yes. Delivery confirmation is required by most shippers to confirm that you have received the shipment. In case someone in your family or your neighbor has collected the package, the same will be considered as confirmed delivery. If you have not received your package, please check with your family member or neighbor. If you still do not find your package, please give us a call. 

The Cash-on-Delivery (CoD) charge is charged by the shipper as the cost of collecting the cash and settling into our accounts. To avoid such a charge, please choose the prepaid option. Please also note that all orders over 700 do not have any delivery charge but will attract a CoD charge.
