What is the difference between an e-Gift Card and physical Gift Card?

An E-Gift Card is emailed directly to the recipient, or you can send it to yourself as well. There are no shipping charges for the E-Gift Card. The Physical Gift Card is shipped to the recipient after printing on an elegant card, along with any notes you may wish to add to the card.

Do I have to use my Gift Card all at once?

No. The gift card balance does not expire and the remaining balance is always stored in your account to be used with your next purchase. If you order amount is more than the gift card balance, you can pay the balance using any other payment option.

When will I receive my e-Gift Card?

The E-Gift Card is delivered immediately into the email inbox provided by you. If it is a scheduled E-Gift Card, then it is delivered at the scheduled date. 

How many gift cards can I purchase at once?

E-Gift Cards:

You can purchase as many E-Gift Cards as you need in a single order. Please note that the Cash on Delivery option will not be available if you have an E-Gift Card in your cart.

Physical Gift Cards:

You can purchase only one physical gift card per order. Also, you will not be able to place an order with any other product in the cart, if you also have a physical gift card in the cart.

Can I get a refund for my Gift Card order?

 We do not provide refunds for both E-Gift Card and Gift-Card purchases.

I have sent the E-Gift Card to the wrong email address. What should I do?

In case you have sent the E-Gift Card to the wrong email address, we will be able to send the E-Gift to the correct email address only if the purchased gift card has not been used by the recipient. In case the recipient has used a part of the gift card, a new gift card will be sent to the correct email address provided by you only with the balance amount remaining on the purchased gift card. In case the wrong recipient has exhausted the balance before you put in the request with us, no replacement gift card will be issued.

In case you have put in the wrong email address while ordering the E-Gift Card, please contact us right away so that we can cancel the purchased gift card and send the gift card to the correct recipient.
