We ship through our logistics partners such as FedEx, DHL, BlueDart, XpressBees and Ekart, both internationally and locally to make sure that you receive your order, secure and safe. We require all our sellers to ship through Openkart logistics partners, thereby ensuring the quality of delivery throughout the website.
We ship internationally through FedEx and DHL. Please do note that some payment options such as Cash on Delivery (CoD) may not be available for international orders due to logistical reasons.
All our local orders from India get shipped within 2-3 business days of order receipt and have a delivery time-frame between 5-10 days depending upon the seller location and the delivery address. All our international orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of order receipt and have a delivery time-frame of 10-24 days depending upon the seller location and delivery address. If you wish to know delivery timelines for a specific location (or for a specific product) ahead of time, please email the your specifics to us at email@example.com for details.
You can return the order if the product was not delivered to you in a good condition. We will arrange for the pickup and deliver the replacement product once it reaches us. Please note that no refunds will be provided in case of returns. Only replacements will be provided. Please write to firstname.lastname@example.org or get in touch with us at +91 294 2432904 to arrange for a return and replacement within 10 days of the delivery of the product.
If the product that needs to be replaced or exchanged is out of stock at a given time, the customer will be given the option to wait for the product to be in stock, so that the order can be fulfilled. If the customer does not wish to wait for the same, he can opt for a refund in lieu of the same.
Refund and Return Policy for Digital Products
In case of digital products, owing to the nature of the products, and the immediate fulfillment of the order upon receipt, returns and refunds are not admissible.
You may, however, opt for a refund in case of payment being made but the online digital content being inaccessible due to any reason. Open Door Publications will try every means possible to make the digital content accessible to the user/customer. In case the digital content cannot be made accessible due to any reason, and Open Door Publications being assured of the same, the refund will be processed after it is confirmed that the customer is unable to access the said online digital content. The liability of Open Door Publications, in terms of the refund, will be equal to the purchase price of the product as paid by the customer. Open Door Publications will not be liable for any other incidental cost/bank charges/transaction charges incurred by the customer in the process of payment or refund.
Means of Refund
If eligible for a refund, the same will be processed through the original mode of payment. In case of the original mode of payment being unavailable or offline mode of payments, the same will be processed through an Account Payee Cheque or a Demand Draft in the name of the Billing Account holder. Refunds will not be processed in cash under any circumstances, owing to legal and logistical issues.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
If you feel that you’ve ordered the wrong product, please write to us at email@example.com and we will help you get the product exchanged for the right one. We will arrange for the return shipping and ship the right product once we have received the returned product. Please note that the exchange request must be placed within 2 days of the delivery of the product and the product being returned must be in good condition. The charges for return shipping and forward shipping will have to be borne by the customer.
